Terms of Use for Commercially Usable BGM Materials
This BGM material is available for commercial use. The purchased BGM can be used multiple times in single or multiple works or content. This BGM material can be used for the following purposes:
Various video productions: TV commercials, promotional videos, YouTube videos, advertising videos, in-game BGM, animation films, voice dramas, metaverse content
In-store music: store BGM, background music for restaurants and cafes, BGM for shopping malls and commercial facilities
Events: weddings, parties, corporate events, exhibitions and festivals
Various broadcasts: live streaming, podcasts, webinars
Other multimedia content: video projects, DVDs and Blu-rays, CD-ROMs, interactive media
Please adhere to the following prohibitions:
It is prohibited to use the BGM material in music-centric YouTube videos, music-centric videos of various types, or BGM channels.
The sale or distribution of the BGM material is prohibited.
It is prohibited to add melodies to the music, sing along, or insert rap to the music.
It is prohibited to use the material in adult content or in ways that violate public morals.
Significant alteration or modification of the work is prohibited. Simple modifications such as volume adjustment, fade-in/out, looping, cutting, and basic sound quality adjustments are allowed. However, editing or rearranging the material in a way that changes the original work is prohibited.

The copyright belongs to GTM. The copyright is not transferred.
If possible, please credit the author (GTM) in tweets, video descriptions, etc. (Example of credit: "Music: GTM" or "MUSIC: GTM"). Credit is not mandatory if it is difficult to provide.
